In general, Nordic people tend to mercilessly throw away what they consider to be no longer useful. This will make the house much more airy and clean.

According to Magnusson, the first thing to clean is your closet. Pick out items you’ve never touched in the past year, and throw them away (or donate them). A simple trick is to put the usable things in a corner, and throw away the rest.

In general, Swedes will lead an environmentally friendly life, ready to recycle – reuse waste. This will limit the need to buy new items, thereby reducing the amount of waste released into the environment. 4. Healthy eating habits
