Ancient tombs of 50 headless warriors reveal shocking facts about the legendary race

The legendary Norse warriors(Viking warriors) with two horns on their heads, fearsome on land and on ships, could be… our Asian brothers, according to new evidence from ancient tombs.

The research team led by missionary Eske Wilerslev from the University of Copenhagen (Denmark) has sequenced the DNA of 400 sets of remains taken from many ancient Viking tombs, of which the largest is a mass grave of 50. Headless warrior unearthed in Dorset (England).

These DNA samples were compared with the DNA of 3,855 modern individuals from around the world and 1,118 other ancient individuals.

Their results almost erased the inherent image of Viking warriors. It was previously thought that this Nordic heroic race between 750 and 1050 AD had the flushed white skin and blond or red hair of modern Nordic peoples of the Scandinavian peninsula. But DNA proves their bloodline mainly belongs to the peoples of Southern Europe and Asia.

This particular blend suggests they must have darker skin, smaller babies, and black or dark brown hair. In addition, differences in appearance within the Viking groups are common, as this particular genetic origin is due to their ancestors who gathered from all over the world, creating a “United States” of Vikings.

The above discovery has revealed the secret of a people “out of nowhere”, suddenly rising and overwhelming other ancient countries. They have a different culture, superior fighting ability and shipbuilding. This study shows that their ancestors were high-class navigators who gathered together by sailing from afar. Cultural mixing, like genetic mixing, often helps produce stronger offspring, thereby creating a hegemonic race.

The study has just been published in the scientific journal Nature.
